Vinyasa/Iyengar Yoga
Vinyasa - the alignment of movement and breath, traditionally referring to a method which turns
static asanas into a dynamic flow, allowing your breath to dictate the time spent flowing between
the poses.
Iyengar is a form of Hatha Yoga known for its use of props - belts, blocks, and blankets – that
enable students to perform the asanas correctly, minimizing the risk of injury or strain.
